July 31 - FMCA Rally

Today I slept in today, and woke up to what sounded like George talking on the phone. However it was one of a couple of salesmen that George asked to measure our windows to get replacement shades. Laurie & Bob stopped over to pick us up to go sightseeing. We drove around the Capitol of Wisconsin but ended up going to a local distillery called Yahadda Bay. The owner gave us a free tour and then there was a free tasting. Laurie & Bob bought PiƱa Colada Vodka, Cocoa Liqueur, and a Cranberry Vodka. We bought a Chai Vodka and Gin for our Son-in-law for his birthday. We stopped for lunch and then went back to the Rally. We invited them for dinner at our coach. Laurie and I went to the FMCA Ladies Social. George grilled chicken wings & French fries. I made beer bread with Yengling beer that Bob donated, in the convection oven. After dinner we all went to the FMCA entertainment which was a band from Chicago, IL. The band was New Odyssey and it was great! Then we came back and went back to our own RV's. Laurie back at her RV was bitten by a black lab puppy good enough that it bled a lot. Never A Dull Moment.
